TLH SC Signs First Player in History of the Team!
Jacob Schmoker set to join Tallahassee S.C.

Tallahassee Soccer Club is proud to announce the signing of the first player in the history of the team, Jacob Schmoker.
Jacob has experience at the highest level of soccer in our country having played in college at Oral Roberts where they were nationally ranked and professionally with an array of teams such as the Colorado Rapids U-23 (Premier Development League), the Des Moines Menace and a trial with Sporting Kansas City.
Jacob has won everywhere he has played:
- beginning as a youth with the Tulsa Nationals (5 state championships, three Dallas Cup births, and a USA Cup)
- in high school winning a state championship with Catoosa High School (led the state in goals scored)
- in college at Fort Lewis College (CO), winning the double of an RMAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships and holding the #1 National Ranking
- and most recently with Tulsa Athletic in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) from 2014-2018, where they won two South Central Conference Championships
Jacob has also excelled and thrived as a coach having been a player/Assistant Coach for Tulsa Athletic posting a 12-1-0 record to claim the South Central Regular Season Championship, a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup birth, and a #2 National Ranking.
He previously coached as the assistant at Northeastern State University (OK) from 2014-2016 where the team was nationally ranked in the top 25 and had a combined record of 44-9-2 with two MIAA Regular Season Conference Championships, an MIAA Conference Tournament Championship, and a Sweet Sixteen appearance in the NCAA tournament.
Jacob also spent one year coaching with New Mexico’s Olympic Development Program assisting in the selection, training, and development while coaching two years at Durango High School (CO) posting an undefeated conference record. Another three years were spent coaching with Durango Youth Soccer Association (CO) claiming multiple titles across various age groups including Duke City Soccer league, GMIT Tournament, and the Durango Shootout.
Since moving to Tallahassee in August he has been coaching with Florida Elite leading the 2002 and 2008 boy’s teams where we’ve been able to capture gold at the Blue Angel Classic and Savannah Cup.
Jacob will also assist the team in a consultant and coaching capacity.
